摘要
This work assume that disability is the result of the interaction person-environment, where the institutions have the responsibility to supply goods and social servicies, in equal opportunities, that can give guarantees for the entry, the permanence and the link to the labour life, and with that can be achieved autonomy and independent life of disabled people. This research tackled the existence or not existence of a institutional policy and its articulation in the development of the Institutional Educational Project of the IES. In general through the result there is not evidence about the real application of the policies of equal opportunities that from the Convention of the United Nations is written and many countries, as Colombia, signed and then confirmed it making promising to accomplish which in it is passed down to the governments for the inclusion. But the result is that in the IES the social responsibility remains only sketched in its mission and vision of institutional educational project.
