摘要
A problem of calculation of low frequency oscillations of ideal rotate compressible fluid is investigated. An original method of solving of such a problem based on using characteristic functions of the Poincare operator is proposed. An efficient scheme of calculation of characteristic numbers and functions of the Poincare operator is worked out. A high velocity of convergence of the method is shown. An essential influence of liquid compressibility on theoretic nutation amplitude is found.
