ELECTRON-TUNNELING STUDIES ON THE SUPERCONDUCTING (LA1-XSRX)2CUO4 AND YBA2CU3OY SYSTEMS

摘要
We report the results of tunneling measurements on (La1-xSrx)2CuO4 and RBa2Cu3Oy (R=Y,Er,Gd) at several x and y values having various Tcs. The ratios 2/kTc are 4.54.9 for (La1-xSrx)2CuO4 and 3.34.2 for RBa2Cu3Oy. The shapes of the tunneling density of states, anisotropies of the gaps, and temperature dependences of the gaps are also discussed. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
