摘要：

Phyllodes tumor is a rare fibroepithelial neoplasm of the breast, with unpredictable clinical behavior. We report a case of a giant phyllodes tumor (26x20 cm and 5.5 kg) of the left breast, which was treated by total mastectomy. Breast reconstruction was performed using a skin graft.
