That is not spoken. Keys to re-think the relations between communication and politics

This article proposes an approximation to the relations between the communication and the politics from a double displacement. On one hand, presents the need to expand these relations beyond the limits of the electoral political field and of the institutions of the representative democracy, so that be possible to include the opacities and the "gray zones" of the subjects, the speeches and the conflicts that are not considered by the more "official" conception, both of the public sphere as of the political speech and the communication. On the other hand, it elaborates an agenda of discussion in which some themes of interest for the political communication are proposed, in contexts characterized by the arbitrary use of the power, the conflicts and the violences, that are in good part the ones that frame the production, circulation and reception of the politics in a country as Colombia.
