摘要：
The conditions for depositing Langmuir - Blodgett films from native cytochrome P-450scc were optimized. The exact amount of haemoprotein transferred was determined using I-125-labelled cytochrome P-450scc. The maximal amount of cytochrome P-450scc in one monolayer was 17 pmol/cm2 which points to the dense packing of the protein in the film the thickness of a monolayer assessed from the data of interferential microscopy was well consistent with the theoretically calculated size of the protein molecule.
