摘要
We report on our progress in the fabrication and characterization of high-T(c) Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O thin films prepared on the in-house grown PbTiO3 substrate with piezoelectricity. The electrical properties strongly depend on the c-axis orientation ratio of the PbTiO3 substrate and temperature dependence of the critical current is similar to that in SNS-type weak link.
