摘要
We seek dialogue with concepts such as law, education and equality. We know that issues involving ethnic-racial issues always generate controversy, fights, because we live in a society with a strong elitist and Eurocentric heritage influencing inequalities in social environments. Seek to problematize the role of education in building respect for differences process as well as the importance of human rights education as a strategy to prevent discrimination at school and in society. It is concluded that there is much to discuss, debate and fight over the issue, since the "Whiteness" reigns over society seeking to ignore blacks, annihilating them.
