摘要：

Approximate Maximum Likelihood Estimators of the parameters of a discrete Weibull distribution under censoring is discussed. These approximations are obtained by approximating the likelihood functions at a set of estimators which are easy to obtain. Simulations are carried out to illustrate the performance of the suggested procedure.
