摘要
The adsorption of n-butanol was studied from 2 M HCl and 2 M KCl solutions by electrocapillary and double-layer capacity measurements. n-Butanol and other aliphatic alcohols are salted out from KCl and other salt solutions but are interestingly salted in from solutions of HCl and other acids. Anomalous capacity behavior of n-butanol was evident from HCl solutions. The result is explained as arising from the penetration of the electrolyte into the surface film.
