摘要：
Varicose vein sclerosing agents are very widely used in clinical practice: essentially polidocanol, sodium tetradecylsulfate. They can be responsible for local or systemic complications, among which immune-allergic reactions appear to be very rare. The authors report four cases of allergic reactions, two with polidocanol and two with tetradecylsulfate. Allergological investigation is difficult in view of the risk of cutaneous necrosis during skin tests.
