摘要
Parameterization of non-dimensional sea surface roughness length as function of wind-wave development age is proposed. When wind-wave age isn't known it can be estimated using simple model operating with data of regular wind speed and direction measurements. Basing on actual and averaged values of parameters routinely measured at ocean weather stations ''I'', ''J'', ''C'', calculations of turbulent momentum tau, sensible H and latent LE heat fluxes were carried out. It is found that fluxes are underestimated if dependence from stage of wind-wave development is ignored. Momentum flux tau is influenced most significantly: it decreases with increase of averaging period and its underestimation reaches up to 30% for a month averaging period. Distortions of H and LE do not depend visibly on averaging period.
