摘要
With the increase of the rolling speed, dynamic effects caused by forces of inertia within the roll gap become increasingly important. The theory of high-speed cold-rolling dealt with in this article enables the rules for ascertaining the main rolling parameters to be also investigated for practically not yet achieved rolling speeds and at the same time to predict the influence of various factors on the dynamic effects. With the help of the knowledge optained concerning the alteration of the frictional forces in the roll gap as well as the deformation resistance due to the rolling speed, the effect of the forces of inertia on such parameters as rolling pressure, chip thickness in the neutral zone, etc. can be taken into consideration.
