摘要
The structure of symmetrical high-angle tilt boundaries with a 〈110〉 axis has been calculated using a potential for aluminium for 3 ≤ ∑ ≤ 19. In addition, since they have different symmetry, the (311) ∑ = 3. 1180° [1̄21] and (123̄) ∑ = 7. 38.21° [111] boundaries have been studied. The results were interpreted in terms of the formation of random close-packed groups and the symmetry properties of bicrystals. © 1979.
