摘要
On a diagnosis of spinal pain, a female patient aged almost 70 years has had acupuncture repeatedly and for years. Only after placing the needle into point Lu 7 ("ancient, classic" localisation) the patient experiences a massive psychic reaction and starts reporting a trauma from a long time ago. Johannes Bischko, founder of "Osterreichische Gesellschaft fur Akupunktur" (OGA) had taught his students that Lu 7, being the "master point of silent sorrow", was capable of bringing to surface grief, which a person had undergone in the past, and which had not been recognizable to date, thereby contributing to "salvation" on a psychic level. The paper here presented intends to recall this indication, which fails to be addressed with clarity by recent literature in the field.
