摘要
A new method for the aromatic nucleophilic substitution is described here with the synthesis of 3-substituted thiophenes having polyfluorinated alkoxygroups. Different catalysts and bases were tested and the best results were obtained with Cul and NaH. DMF or DME was used as solvent and yields of 60 to 70% of pure isolated product were obtained, depending on the polyfluorinated chain.
