RELATIVISTIC ELECTRONS IN PULSAR MAGNETOSPHERES - QUANTUM CORRECTIONS TO THE CLASSICAL REGIME

摘要
A classical description of the motion of plasmas in pulsar magnetospheres has been developed following the single-particle approach. It will be shown that this description needs to take into account quantum corrections due to radiative effects. Instead of deterministic trajectories we shall find stochastic ones and radiative effects will be stronger than expected.
