摘要
Resonances near 1 and 2 kG have been observed in the low-field microwave emission from n-InSb at 77°K and 8.5 GHz with transverse magnetic field. These resonances can be interpreted as Doppler-shifted acoustic cyclotron resonance in good correspondence to earlier theoretical considerations. © 1969.
