摘要
The average angular distribution of short wavelength sky radiance for clear, partly cloudy, and overcast sky conditions has been measured for the range of solar zenith angle 31 to 80 degree . Detailed analysis of this sky radiance data shows that the normalized sky radiance is given analytically
