摘要
This paper describes the structure and results of an experimental investigation of a new type of high-speed pulsed valve. A plate/membrane with two steady states is used which eliminates limitations on the maximum gas feed duration. The valve operates in three regimes. The full opening time of the valve with a maximum flow area (approximately 6.2 cm2) shaped by the movable membrane edge amounts to 100 musec; the gas pressure in the valve was 2 atm; and the gas feed duration can be adjusted from 125 to 2500 musec (there are no fundamental limitations as to how long this can continue).
