摘要
The influence of the time and temperature of sulfonitric mineralization of blood samples on the determination of mercury by cold vapor atomic absorption was studied in order to improve the procedure. The organic matrix was completely mineralized by treatment of 60-degrees-C for 10-15 minutes without loss of mercury. The detection limit of the method was 14 ng/mL.
