Autism is characterized by qualitative impairments in reciprocal social interaction, verbal and nonverbal communication, and imaginative activity with a markedly restricted repertoire of activities and interests. Purpose of our study is that to verify the therapeutic effectiveness of the repetitive transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (low frequency (1Hz, 1200 stim/die for five days), applied on the impending scalp the motor additional area, in a subject affected by Autism. Results show a significant improvement that lasted for at least 4 weeks. Placebo control did not show any improvement.
