摘要
The thermodynamic properties of the various phases existing in the Cr-Si system were derived from a least-squares optimization procedure using experimental phase diagram and thermodynamic data. Several versions of the system were calculated, which differed by whether Cr3Si and CrSi2 were assumed to be stoichiometric or not. The different sets of thermodynamic parameters are presented, as well as the corresponding phase diagrams.
