摘要：

The determination of specific IgE in sera of allergic patients is the most important in vitro method in the diagnostic of IgE-mediated allergic deseases. A test system for the determination of specific IgE (developed by Allergopharma) was compared with the Phadebas RAST of Pharmacia as reference system. There was a complete correspondence of both test systems.
