摘要
The stability of stress-annealed gamma - gamma prime lamellar structures in nickel-base superalloy single crystals was investigated. Three single-crystal alloys were stress annealed in tension at 1000 degree C to form lamellae perpendicular to the applied stress. The rate of lamellar thickening under various thermal and creep exposures was then examined. For unstressed aging at 1000 degree C, two of the alloys exhibited an initial increase in thickness followed by a plateau region where the lamellar thickness remained constant. The third alloy showed more pronounced thickening in this temperature.
