摘要
The authors have demonstrated microgun-pumped blue and blue-green semiconductor lasers operating at 496nm and 514nm, respectively. Graded-index separate-confinement heterostructures were employed based on-the CdZnSe/ZnSe material system. The corresponding lasing thresholds were in the 8-17kW/cm(2) range for operating temperatures of 85 to 135K.
