摘要
An isocratic HPLC system is developed for the baseline separation of the six main hop bitter acids on a RP C,, column within 25 min. The eluent contains 0.05 M triethanolamine in methanol-water (65:35, v/v), the pH is set at 6.85 with phosphoric acid. The contribution of each of the components of the eluent on retention and resolution is investigated as well as the linearity for determination of the six main bitter acids.
